Ensure students are successful in their attempt when taking the Microsoft Certified Professional Exams for the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.

Course Prerequisites Prior to attending this course, all students should have a minimum of 6 months experience working with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Productivity Applications. (Windows 2000/XP, Office XP/2003, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express). Students should have experience troubleshooting basic hardware and network configurations. The CDPC NetPrep Bootcamp provides an excellent foundation for this course.
Certification Prerequisites There are NO Certification Prerequisites for this course; however, the CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications are recommended.
